Hi,
It seems I've solved the problem.I had a look at the test.liq script an copied 
the following part:
set("log.file",false)set("log.stdout",true)
def shutdown(_) =   ignore(shutdown ())  "Done!"end
server.register("shutdown", shutdown) 
to my own script, and now it seems to work.
