Hi,
Depending on the version of liquidsoap, there has been a more or less
load associated to preparing files. When you loop on a short jingles,
there's more file opening, so slightly more load. I'm surprised that
this alone leads to catchup, though. Could you indicate the version of
liquidsoap that you're using, and tell us if you get some catchup with
a simple output.dummy(single("blank.mp3"))? If so, we could work to
fix this.
