The aacplus format (internal encoder) is not documented at the moment, though it is available. The syntax is: %aacplus(channels=2, samplerate=44100, bitrate=64) -- these are the defaults. So, something like: output.icecast(%aacplus, ...) should work. The external encoder should also be available though for now you need to write it down (there is not predefined %aacplus_encoder for now).
