No, it can not. But shoutcast can pull the icecast stream. So you can do tracktor => icecast <= shoutcast if you don't need liquidsoap for something else. The trick is to use an alias on / for the port shoutcast will be relaying. Beware though that the new shoutcast.com policy makes it that you won't be listed if they can't reach the master...
