Hi everyone!
First of all, thanks for the AMAZING job you're doing on liquidsoap, I'm
really happy
with the current version and what it can do, keep up the good work!!!
Now with a little problem, I'm using output.shoutcast.lame, after several
hours of working perfectly fine,
it logs this:
2010/11/07 14:04:51 [output(dot)shoutcast(dot)mp3:3] Restarting encoder
after delay (3600s)
Assuming raw pcm input file
LAME 3.98.2 32bits (http://www.mp3dev.org/)
CPU features: MMX (ASM used), SSE (ASM used), SSE2
Using polyphase lowpass filter, transition band: 18671 Hz - 19205 Hz
Encoding <stdin> to <stdout>
Encoding as 44.1 kHz j-stereo MPEG-1 Layer III (7.3x) 192 kbps qval=3
fatal error: can't update LAME-tag frame!
And it crashes, so, I was wondering what could that be? Is it a problem with
LAME or liquidsoap?
I'm not a big fan of the mp3 but, since the Google Chrome is not fully
supporting the HTML5 audio tag
and It's completly ignored by the Internet Explorer, I'm still gonna need
the Flash player that I've made for
my radio wich it can only play mp3's, becouse Flash is not supporting Vorbis
right now (and probably it
would never do).
If you need my code, just let me know!
PS:
Using:
- Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS Server 32bits
- Liquidsoap 0.9.2 (From Ubuntu's repository)
- Icecast2
- Lame 3.98.2 32bits
Thanks for your time!!!
