I'm still having a lot of problems getting version 1 up and running, but I did 
seem to stabilize .9x

I had external encoders restarting with each track, and for whatever reason the 
encoders were restarting multiple
times and very rapidly. The log showed some of the restarts were at track 
changes while others were restarting due to Liquidsoap thinking the default 
restart timer of 3600 seconds had been reached when it hadn't. Also restart on 
crash was tuned on. All three of these features we're fighting with each other. 
There were dozens of emcee restarts over over the course of a few minutes and 
this seemed to force a zombie state.

The problem seems to have stopped since I made the restart encoder day be 0, 
which seems to have disabled it.

Now....back to figuring out v 1 :)
