So.. Xmlm is detected through ocamlfind. Thus you may want to try:
ocamlfind query xmlm
Most likely, it is not detected which is why configure stops there..
As far as I remember, xmlm has a support for ocamlfind but maybe something went
wrong when installing xmlm from source (or it does not have such support).
Finally, if support for xml playlists is not essential for you you may simply
disable ocaml-xmlplaylist which should drop xmlm's dependency at configure..
