This is always a problem with blank detection. You have to tweak the
parameters of the operator. Other people on the list may share
parameters that work for them but really this depends on your
particular wishes and setup.

There are probably a few tricks described here and there. The most
simple is to use quota(); it might be good enough for your music
jingles. A common one involves a simple fallback(), with a delay()
around the jingles sources -- it does what you need for ads. You can
refine it with a delay and smooth_add() for example.
