Jonas is not working on Airtime, but we are using some his old code to
schedule Liquidsoap :)

I had conservative set to true, I disabled this and now see only 1 item in
the primary queue, and everything else in the secondary queue, so thanks for
the tip :).

I set the length parameter to 0.1, since ideally I would like at most one
file in the primary queue (the currently playing one, which I can skip), and
everything that is not playing to be ignorable.
