I don't know about Cloud Azure, but you can use output.harbor to
stream directly from liquidsoap. It'll make liquidsoap act as
shout/icecast. It's only available on the mercurial (maybe svn)
development version currently, and in any case it's not very any kind
of use: there might be security and load issues (in other words, we're
not trying to replace icecast, just to provide something simple that
is sometimes convenient).

For the record, my latest use of output.harbor was on a personal radio
to which I listened using a wifi-enabled hifi system. It's a situation
where security isn't an issue (everything stays within a LAN) and the
same goes for load (only one listener). Another interesting aspect is
that liquidsoap won't encode when nobody listens, which can save quite
a bit of CPU, but right now I'm not sure if this is already the case
or if the code needs improvements.
