The issue that David is talking about is LS-537. I suspect that it has been around for a while but is only triggered under heavy stress, which was not the case before seeking and only happens with his heavy script but not during my handcrafted tests. I hope to have it fixed for beta2 (soooon!) or at the very least for the final 1.0 release.
