Hi again!

Which version of liquidsoap are you using? I would be nice indeed to
be able to try a recent one so that we could see if it happens also
with a recent version.

I have currently no clue about why this happens. File or icecast
output should not make a difference for this issue and as far as I
know, Not_implemented is returned directly by the C library. However,
you have the same version as me so that does not help either..

In order to go forward, I would need some informations:
 * Which os are you using?
 * Which version of liquidsoap?
 * Do you know if you are able to encode in CBR at 64kbits with
another software on your system.

Also, could please be kind enough and fill a ticket there:

This helps us to keep track of issues that still need to be investigated :)
