It's not there because we never released ocaml-gstreamer, which in
turn is because the lib hasn't been tested much, and the gstreamer
v4l2 input in liquidsoap is kind of dirty (it doesn't support closing
the input).

I'm okay to adopt a different policy: because it's quite cool to have
a webcam input in liquidsoap, include gstreamer in PACKAGES.default,
prepare it for a release, and... get ready for the bug reports! User
pressure will probably be more efficient than devs self-pressure for
cleaning up the code.
