Just for the record: this is a confirmed bug on the current debian
stable distribution and it has been fixed in debian testing/unstable.
Chances are low that it will get fixed in debian stable so you will
have to --disable-graphics.

Another solution, though, would be to disable graphics by default, and
require to pass --enable-graphics what do you think about it David?
