This is the difference between "randomize" and "random":
 * "randomize": shuffle the whole playlist, and play it through. Once
it is done, shuffle again the whole and play etc..
 * "random": pick a random track every time we need a new track.

Note that in both case you may have a track being played twice. For
"randomize" mode, it could be that the last track being played ended
up being the first track after shuffling the playlist again.. Not very
likely for huge playlists, though :-)
