Quick guessing failed. I had forgotten about the group BIN1 containing
comparison operators. Obviously, mod should have a higher precedence
than those, unlike boolean operators. In the end, it looks like it
needs to be treated separately from the existing groups.

I made a quick attempt at changing the lang_parser.mly in a way that
makes sense to me. It'll save you some trouble... (I hope this is not
dissuading you to learn yacc at some point, it's a great tool!) You
may still want to compare that with the precedences in other
languages.
