Icecast can do this, if you need some kind of "more" dynamic things, as others mentionned, try the KH branch indeed. Now, you can also use a output.harbor thingie, or even a simpler icecast setup, and proxy it through something that can handle the authentication for you (think any web server, or rather any proper reverse proxy like nginx).
