Unfortunately, id3tags are not meant to be used for streams.. They are only present at beginning or end of the whole data stream.. Since flash, I believe, also does not understand ICY metadata updates, for a proper metadata update within a flash player, you may have to implement yourself some kind of polling or notification to/from the streamer.. The only thing that you may do with id3tags is to insert _initial_ id3tags using the new id3v2=true parameter of the %mp3 format..
