Any suggestions on how to delay a fallback? The scenario is this:

You have a live broadcast
You have a local playlist
The local playlist kicks in whenever there is no live broadast
....but...if the Internet is having a bad day, your live feed can rapidly
disconnect and connect and LS falls back to the local playlist the moment
data stop flowing to it's harbor (or the mount you may be pulling from).

So you hear a lot of messy transitions, when the better thing to do for the
audience in this case may be to fill in the brief gaps with silence.
