None of output.icecast or output.harbor rely on any C library. output.icecast is based on ocaml-cry, which is a native implementation of libshout developed by us -- with some significant differences tho. output.harbor is not based on any C library. Actually, server <-> listener connections are just plain HTTP communications, so there's not a lot to implement anyway..
