I am trying to play with ogg-vorbis programatically.
I need to add noise to some audio and remove this audio in the decoding,
i'm playing with fishsound,libvorbis and libogg. But couldn't find my way
to an audio scrambling.
Anyone has know how to point me to some doc to do this?
