It seems ok. One remark I can make, though, is that you should not use crossfade on top of input.harbor. crossfade consumes data at more than real rate, making input.harbor fail. Instead, you should add the crossfade on top of only file-based files and add input.harbor afterwards. If the above does not work, then I would recommend a trial-and-error approach: disable parts of the script until you cannot reproduce anymore and narrow that until you identify exactly which part of the script is problematic.
