At Eargazm, we do live shows every other week, and play from our archive of recorded shows the rest of the time. We have one small machine that takes the audio from the studio and uses input.alsa and output.icecast to feed a streaming server that uses input.harbor to take the signal when it sees it, suspend the paylist, and push a stream to icecast, which distributes the stream to the outside.
I've been trying to use Mixxx amd its live broadcasting feature to send a stream to input.harbor on the streamer, but I can't seem to make the connection. It seems to be a permission issue based on the errors I'm getting. I'm using the password I defined in my LS script, but there may be a username I'm missing. liquidsoap doesn't seem to work in that instance. Does anyone know the correct credentials and other settings to feed LS from Mixxx?
