I use 0.9.3-1 and I just noticed that FLAC isn't an option in that version's PACKAGES file, so I defer to folks who stream FLAC.
But I imagine the same principle applies - if you don't actually intend to stream FLAC, comment out ocaml-flac in version 1.0.0(beta, etc.).
