Hi Dominik,

There are a couple of reasons for this.

First, we are all busy with different occupations and respond to
emails when we have time. My personal policy on that topic is that it
is always better to wait for when I have time to actually think about
the question and produce a good response than to respond right away
but superficially.

Second, we need to know what you do and what goes wrong. Basically,
try to add a script example as minimal as possible, some logs of your
error and a description of what you intend to do. Pin-pointing
specific script lines when they appear in the logs or when you refer
to the code also helps a lot.

Finally, it is always advisable to try as much as you can on your own
and check online archives and documentation before posting. Sometimes,
the solution of your problem is already online or it is just that you
need a better understanding of how liquidsoap works. Because, for as
much as we try to help and document our software, we cannot do all the
work for you :-)

I am currently at work. I plan on looking at your emails this evening
if I have time or this week-end. And maybe you'll find good insights
in the mean time..!

Romain
