David just played a trick on you by making a typo.. You should
actually just completely remove the line:
  id("http://68.168.103.13:8337/",id="relay";)
and change the next line to:
  relay=input.http("http://68.168.103.13:8337/";, id="relay")

Also, I'd recommend trying to indent and comment your script. It makes
it waay easier to spot mistakes in your code. Also, if you need syntax
coloring, you can try to use a syntax coloring for ruby, if your
editor has one..
