I am not sure that the patch will fix your problem but it is worth trying. First, the part about taglib in the patch can be entierly ignored and should be since that part of the code has changed since. The other part, applying to the ogg decoder, forces liquidsoap to keep on trying to decode an ogg stream when decoding failed just after having decoder the header. You may want to try it but I think that it is irrelevant because that behavior (forcing decoder when decoding failed just after having decoder the header) is not the part that fails in your case.
