I have added a taglib.force_mp3 option.

I think now that it is fine with the current default. I really don't
want to take over for other people's tasks. Making sure that your
media files are properly pushed to liquidsoap is the least we can
expect for a serious radio automation system, and we do want to help
setting up serious automation systems don't we?

The problem here is that we do not respect Content-Disposition header
in our download process, I'll get to that as soon as possible:
