Just realized we'd have to restart Liquidsoap (and interrupt scheduled
playback) everytime the user wants to change between mono and stereo.

Our workaround to avoid this will be to have Liquidsoap listen on two ports
(one for stereo and one for mono) unless there is a better workaround I'm
missing.
