You can create a show on every second Tuesday using non-repeating shows. If there's only one a month like this, it wouldn't take long to schedule for the year ahead. It might clash with repeating weekly shows though. If every single show you have is scheduled that way, I would agree that would take a while to put in the calendar. I will open a feature request ticket to have this option for monthly repeats. Cheers!
