The idea is to try to reduce the script to as few as we can so that we start looking at, hopefully, a very specific operator/output. So far, my findings are: * ffmpeg is not the culprit, it also leaks with "cat > /dev/null" * %mp3 encoder resampling is also not the culprit, it also leaks without it. * A simple noise() or sine() source with output.external does not leak That's where I became suspicious of the playlist, but it'd seem too big to believe the bug comes from there.
