Hello Community,
I like to serve seamless DJ Mixes and provide the listener with song
information for each mixed Song.
As source file I like to use one BIG audio file and the Song information should
be provided by using a CueSheet (or any other external file, how about using a
Database as Metadata source ?).
The client will be a HTML5 Web Player
Once a client connects to the Webserver and starts playback
the current song information should be returned.
When a new song in the mix is reached, I like to push the new song information
via a socket connection to all connected clients.
Essentially I need the following:
* Play a cue sheet
* Return current song (can I call a LiquidSoup Script with PHP or NodeJS?)
* Call Script on Song change (call PHP or NodeJS)
Are there anywhere examples for such kind of functionalities ?
