Actually, you can ignore this cry for help too.
Instead of output.harbor, I setup a local icecast server and connected to
that instead. Meta is in the stream.
I can monitor the output on the local lan (at a higher bitrate) without
using bandwidth at the networks edge. And i don't have to muck around with
alsa anymore.
