128k aac+ is a waste of 128k.  I have a 32k and 64k (both are stereo) and it 
sounds sublime.  I transcode from mp3 and use a few plugins for 
compression/limiting. 

I'm thinking of using the remaining 32k for two scanner feeds. Aac+ is very 
good-enough at 64k.
