Hello, I have the following opus settings %opus( application="audio", bitrate=24, max_bandwidth="narrow_band", samplerate=16000, channels=1, signal="voice" )
It however seems samplerate isn't being picked up, Foobar reports it as being 48000. The encoding formats page reports the samplerate setting of the opus codec being the input sample rate, so there's some confusion here. How to take the samplerate down? Also, any additional hints to get the quality as good as possible on a low bitrate is welcome.
