I put an m3u file to a playlist. The m3u contains only one file. When the file
finishes it plays again which is a behavior I do not want. I would like to
fallback to another random file .
Of course all would be much easier if there was a proper documentation for the
liquidsoap. It is a very powerful tool but the lack of documentation makes it a
really hard nut to crack…

If I understand the input playlist command will do just that. input a file to
a playlist, a directory name (I have not tried this yet) or url. If you need a
single file I believe from reading the command is input.file. Is this what you
want to do? I'm still learning so doing my best here.
