ahhh, of course, only root process can bind to port under 1024, but
liquidsoap is trying to bind the harbor port to 80
make the harbor port something ABOVE 1024 - this will NOT effect you
icecast port - but when you stream to harbor, make sure you stream to the
right port
in summary, the harbor port does NOT need to match the icecast port
