Hi everyone!

I'm trying to use the annotate protocol in my playlist.

The only working examples I could find anywhere were single lines in the
documentation / project pages. When I try to start my liquid soap script
I get the following error:

015/01/13 14:11:44 [playlist:3] Loading playlist...
2015/01/13 14:11:44 [playlist:3] No mime type specified, trying
autodetection.
2015/01/13 14:11:44 [playlist:3] Playlist treated as format audio/mpegurl
2015/01/13 14:11:44 [playlist:3] Got an empty list: keeping the old one.
2015/01/13 14:11:44 [clock.wallclock_main:2] Error when starting
liquidtest(dot)mp3: Failure("Empty default playlist !")!

Documented examples of annotate:

annotate:file_id="3541",length="400.613877551",\
   type="chansons",display_title="John Holt - Holigan",\
   display_artist="RadioPi - Canal reggae",\
   display_album="Studio One SeleKta! - Album Studio 1 12",\
   canal="reggae":ftp://***:***@host/files/3541.mp3

(are these '\' required over multiple lines?)

&

annotate:type="song":/path/to/song.mp3

My playlist is as follows:

annotate:file_id="1",type="music",display_title="This is a
title",display_artist="HoUSe",display_album="Studio1",channel="house":/home/vuser/files/1.mp3
annotate:file_id="2",type="music",display_title="This is a
title",display_artist="HoUSe",display_album="Studio2",channel="house":/home/vuser/files/2.mp3
annotate:file_id="3",type="music",display_title="This is a
title",display_artist="HoUSe",display_album="Studio3",channel="house":/home/vuser/files/3.mp3

It seems that liquidsoap thinks my playlist is emtpy but im clearly
defining some files. Can anyone recommend the changes needed on the
playlist?

Thanks

Dane
