Hi,

Finally got time to sit down with this.  As you suspected was just me 
"showing my *cough* superior *cough* intellect by trying to impose my 
version of logic onto a computer."

Aka I was turning error led's on when we were going live and turning 
them off when we were falling back.

Other than that, the Pi occasionally drops audio when transitioning for 
a second or so.  I may be asking too much of the CPU so will have to 
invest in a Pi 2 for the next one I send out.
