This has been a painful process hasn't it? Somebody actually had to go
through all this to put it together for 1.1.1 on Jessie.
Once the process gets worked out, maybe Romain will give me access to the
documentation and I can collect all the notes, along with some additional
files to simplify it for the next person.
And.. I do not think the next upgrade using opam will be nearly as
difficult.
BUT.. I am not sure why "mksafe" is not defined. I seem to remember that
there is an 'include' file that normally gets loaded. This defines a
number of functions. But I cannot seem to find the documentation to where
this file is kept. It may be that the new 1.2 either does not
automatically include this, or the default path is different from what is
in the old version.
Maybe somebody else can tell us where the file is kept.
