You assign a souce to an output. That example shows one source going to
two different icecast mounts (once as oog, and once as mp3), and then a
portion of the source to a thrid icecast mount.
If want to do special time selections and switching, I suspect things could
get a complicated quickly, at which point, it might be worth breaking it up
into separate instances. And if you have a multi core processor, you MIGHT
get a little better usage with two processes, but liquidsoap is pretty good
about using all the processors available.
