Your script looks fine, except for this:
source = fallback(track_sensitive=false, [switch([
you should not need the top fallback since the list of sources for it has
only one element.
The reason your final source doesn't switch to the "parilla" part is
probably an issue with decoding of the files listed there. Do you have some
logs to share?
