I had this done once, and then based on all the information that has been
discussed, I wanted to do it again and create a document of each step.
So.. I started with a clean install of Raspbian on a PI (which is Debian
Jessie).
When I got through the steps to opam init, I got warnings/errors.
And then I did opam install depext to try to find all the external
dependencies. This said it worked.
Except that when I try opam depext liquidsoap, it says there are no
external dependencies. ?

In normal operation, OPAM only alters files within ~/.opam.
