This is how I do it, with one small change. I set the delay to just larger
than the size of the window. In this case, I would set delay to 700.
Since the delay doesn't start counting until after the END of the jingle,
you can leave yourself a very small target to hit next hour. To
demonstrate:
( { 45m-55m }, delay( 2900.0, beitraege) ),
So, if it's minute 54 by the time that last track finishes, the beitraege
starts and lasts 10 minutes . Now you're at minute 04. Add 2900 seconds
and you're at minute 52. So, even if the last track finishes at minute 47,
beitraege isn't ready, so another track starts. If that track is 8 or more
minutes, you're past the 45-55 window, and you get no jingle the next hour.
By setting it to an amount of time just larger than the window, you reduce
the changes of this by a large amount.
