I just tried doing so, but stopped before committing myself. Several
of the thirty-three components Liquidsoap marked as new packages are
already present, including icecast2 and many of the required library
modules, like libfaac2, the  Ogg Vorbis stuff, etc. It's also pretty
clear that if I install from the Ubuntu package manager, I'll most
likely get version 1.1.6, and I'd prefer the  recently released 1.3.0.
Should I build it from source then?
