Most of this seems to be fairly straight forward and easy enough to figure out.
I think I’m missing something on lists.
Well what I’m trying to figure out is how to create a stack. My first though
it so create one to keep up with artists and songs are played to avoid
duplicates.

Not that directly show lists as far as I remember. A number of the examples
use lists as part of the code.
The API documentation on them is fairly good, since a list isn't too
complicated.
I guess another question would be:
What do you want to do with the list?
Maybe we can all work on that, and use it as an example.
