Hello,

I'm running several LS instances using different small computers: A Raspi3, an Odroid XU4 etc.

I set up Liquidsoap using opam and then set up the liquidsoap-daemon script in order to make Liquidsoap run automatically an in background.

Sadly, whenever the computers go down unexpectedly, Liquidsoap fails to start automatically when the system boots up again.

This is because the pid file created by the instance which was terminated unexpectedly is still there.

It's located at: /home/USER/liquidsoap-daemon/pid/run.liq

So I wonder: How do I make sure that, when booting, this left-over pid file is removed BEFORE the script to start Liquidsoap checks for it?

Thanks for any suggestion!

Best,

René
