I have same problem.I removed camomile installation and i did following steps :
wget
https://github.com/yoriyuki/Camomile/releases/download/1.0.1/camomile-1.0.1.tbz
cd camomile-1.0.1/
jbuilder build
jbuilder install
maybe it will be helpful for somebody
