Before I put tags such as "liq_start_next" into my library files, can
I check whether tag names are case sensitive? Taglib converts tag
names to upper case (e.g. "LIQ_START_NEXT" comes back from the file)
whereas FFmpeg, in some containers, doesn't.
Must "LIQ_START_NEXT" be always lowercase as given in the
documentation ("liq_start_next")?
