Hi! Looking at the code I'm not sure that it can be tracked down to an issue on
our side. My first suspicion goes to network lags. That seems pretty unlikely
since you're using localhost but still possible. Looking at the code, there is
a strict synchronous execution model where the server wouldn't start reading
new input until it's done sending all output through the network.
